Time for fare well in ITM University

Gwalior. ITM University says bye to its final students by organizing a fare well party for them. Party was started on a high note as senior students lighted the lamp and inaugurated the party. The colorful event started with the performance of Jay Prakash who sung song for seniors, it was then third year students who rock the stage with their dance performance.


ITM University organizes a fare party for its final year students as they completed a lo9ng journey of four years in this University and now they are leaving, though it was a sad moment but junior students made it colorful by their various performances. Mr. and Ms. ITM University was the event to talk about as almost all students participated in that but it was Varun Tiwari and Shaleja Diwedi who came out as winner. 

On this occasion ITM University’s chancellor congratulated all the seniors for doing well in their academics and wishes them luck for their future. He also showed his concern city’s critical condition and said that ITM will be organizing a cadet march of peace on 29th April.      

Two days national conference in Shri Ram College

Gwalior.Shri Ram College’s mechanical department is all set to organize two days national conference on the topic ‘Recent Advances and Futuristic trends in Thermal Engineering’. Conference will be inaugurated by Bhopal’s N.A.N.I.T’s director Dr. Appu Kuttan. 

Shri Ram College is all set to give its students knowledge on futuristic trends in thermal engineering by organizing two days conference. Conference will be held from 28th of April till 29th of April, and conference will be joined by expertise from all over the country and they will be sharing a vital piece of knowledge from students. 

First day of the conference will be taken by Bhopal’s N.A.N.I.T’s director Dr. Appu Kuttan, second day Dr. Sanjeev Jain from IIT Delhi and vice president of magnum steel ltd. O.P. Jalan, who will be giving information on the changes which would take place in future in thermal engineering section.

Faculty development workshop got over in Prestige College


Gwalior: One day faculty development workshop got over in Prestige College with faculties gaining the knowledge of latest teaching trends and techniques. Workshop was headed by the director of JK School Gudgaon Raghuveer Singh.
Prestige College organizes one day faculty training workshop to sharpen up the spear heads that is faculties of the college. 

Raghuveer Singh informed faculties that in case study faculty should act like facilitator and should provide all necessary information to students. 

The workshop was divided in three segments where each segment was related to each other. 
It was a great learning experience for faculties as the whole workshop went step by step and it made it easier for faculties to learn things in more comfortable manner.

Vartusa organizes campus in ITM university

Gwalior. ITM students are getting new gift day by day as one more company Vartusa consulting pvt. Ltd. Organizes campus placement in ITM University. Placement was headed by company’s senior manager M. Vimalkant, manager of staffing and campus hiring Tinu Kwatra and technology consultant Ramesh Chandra Kishore.

ITM’s students had a great start to this year as one more company of Hyderabad joined university for campus placement. Placement was divided in four parts first written test, second pre-placement talk, third discussion and fourth and the final one profile and functional interview. Students have to go through these four funnels in order to get the job in the company. 

In the end it was 11 students who gave their best shot and got selected. For this achievement ITM’s director Daulat Singh, registrar Omveer Singh, dean of tape sale department Deepak Kant Benerjee and Rohi Benerjee congratulated the selected students.      

Strike continues in Jiwaji university

Gwalior.Jiwaji University’s employees continue their strike on the 8th day as their demands are yet to be satisfied. Strike has affected the working of JU as from past 8 days not even single employee has got back to work.

A long strike of JU’s employees continues on the 8th day as their issues and demands are yet to be resolved and full fill by the government. On the other hand employees has come up with one more demand that they will only go off strike only if they get everything done in writing. 

Association’s president Dr. A.B. Mirza said that Government has promised that on last Monday they will agree to their demands and will give everything in writing, but till now no such thing has been done.

IBM campus placement ended in IPS College

Gwalior. Campus placement organized by one of the world’s well renounced company IBM ended in IPS College. Students participated in large number in order to get best recruitment in the company; placement was open for outsider’s students too.

Company started the placement procedure by informing the students about the company and its working. More then 700 students from IPS College and various other colleges from cities like Datia, Bhopal etc. also  participated in this recruitment process. First students have to go through group discussion and then personal interview. 

Selection procedure was carried out till late night and selected candidates were given offer letter on the spot. Selected candidates will be joining Bangluru office in the month of June. For this remarkable achievement IPS’s Director Dr. Arun Kumar Tyagi, A.K. Kaul, Nishtha Tarneja congratualed the selected students.      

Youth poetry competition ended in IMT College

Gwalior. Youth poetry competition ended in IMT group of institution where young poets participated with full energy and enthusiasm. Event was organized by Young Professional Students Welfare Association.

Chief Guest P.C. tiwari inaugurated the event and first poetry was presented by a 12th standard student Shirali Runwal, and then many other young poets burn the stage with their wonderful poetry, But it was Shriali Tiwar who took the show by winning first prize, second position went to Dilip Singh Chauhan and third was captured by Shivangi Sharma. 
Jury members Dr. Shradha Saexna and Dr. Veena Shrivastav had a real tough time in deciding the winners as all the participants were up to the mark. On this occasion IMT’s executive director Manoj Sigh Kushwah, Young India Welfare Association’s President Ankit Singh and secretary Trilo Singh Parmar were also present during the event.

Festival Segasitas-2012 started in ITM University

Gwalior. Seems like it’s a rain of festivals in ITM University one after the other it’s like a never ending carnival, so now it’s Sagasitas-2012. The first event of the fest was kite flying and the sky was filled with colorful kites flying high.

Segasitas-2012 started with a kite flying high in the sky and not only students but faculties too participated in the event. Event was organized in the campus of ITM University and more then 500 students participated in this event and event was a part of celebration of world’s rainbow day.

Event Coordinator Prof. Priti Singh said that the next event of the festival will be blood donation champ and its expected that most of the students of ITM University will be participated in the event.

IPS college organizes seminar on emerging advance engineering material


Gwalior: IPS college organizes Seminar on advance engineering in this seminar student will come across latest engineering technologies and future discoveries. 

Students also participated in large number to gain as much of knowledge as they can about future technologies.
IPS College take a future step by organizing seminar on future technology in this seminar Prof. K.M. Gupta from Motilal Nehru National Technical society said that scientists and researchers are now coming up with new smart bricks which will come real handy in order to safe guard the house, these bricks will have sensors which will directly inform the owners if some unidentified person enters into the house. 

Prof. Gupta also gave information about Fej Diagram, Carbon Diagram and Iron Diagram to engineering students. On this occasion IPS’s Director Arun Kumar Tyagi, Principal Dr. Aashish Sharma were also present during the seminar.

BVM College celebrated worlds health day

Gwalior. BVM College of technical management celebrated world’s health day. Students of college participated in large number in order to make the event a massive hit. 

BVM College celebrated world’s health day and on this occasion chairmen Jagdish Kushwah said that health is wealth person who is health and fit can only survive and achieve success in today’s world, and he added its very important for students to maintain their health at this point where they have to face many competitions and only fittest will survive and achieve his goals. 

On the other hand principal Dr. R.N. Sharma informed students how they can stay fit and healthy and what precautions they need to take in their eating habits which will help them to stay fit in the long run of life he also added that its very important that students should keep themselves away from bad habits as these things not only harm their body but they also effect their families.

ITM Universitys Mission 10x started

Gwalior. ITM University’s mission 10x workshop started on Wednesday. In this five days workshop some senior technical faculties and Wipro Company’s experts will give information to other faculties that how they can teach with ease.

This workshop will provide new way teaching techniques to faculties and will also give information on advance technology. Chief  Guest Bhuwan Sundar said that main motive of this workshop is to make teachers aware of various technologies and trend they can use in their teaching skills which will not only make their teaching interesting but also more effective.

After this five days workshop gets over faculties who took part in the workshop will be provided certificate by Wipro Company. On this occasion ITM’s Managing Director Daulat singh, Dean of life science  J. L. Bhatt  and Registrar Dr. Omveer Singh were present during the workshop.

ITM University is awarded as Best Assurgent private University

Gwalior : One of India’s well known association Bonds Academy organizes an award ceremony for various education institutions that has made their mark in the field of education. In this ceremony ITM University Gwalior is awarded as India’s Best Assurgent Private University.

In the award ceremony conducted by Bond Academy in gudgoan ITM University is awarded as India’s Best Assurgent Private University. Award is given on the bases of survey conducted by the Academy. On this occasion Chief Guest Dr. Shashi tharoor gave the award to Vice-Chancellor of the University Prof. R. K. Pandey. 

Vikrant group of institutions to organize Fun Mantazi 2012


Gwalior: As we all know sports plays very important role in Day today life as is it not only provide physical strength but also refreshes mind. Keeping this in mind Vikarant group of institution will be organizing Fun Mantazi 2012 where students will be participating in adventure sports like rock climbing, rock rap ling etc.

Vikrant College is all set to give students a new form of refreshment through adventure sports. Event will be conducted on 9th April in college campus where students will be tested with their physical and mental strength.

The best part is that few bollywoood celebrities like Aman Yatan Verma, Sumit Paul etc. will be the part of the event and they will be giving few of their performance. Interested students can get themselves registered in College’s office by 7th of April.

GICTS College to give 1. 25cr scholarships



Gwalior: GICTS College is all set to give 1.25cr scholarship to students who have cleared their 12th examination. To give the Scholarship College will be organizing ‘ the great mind-mock cum scholarship test’ on 14th of April.

Scholarships will be given to Biology, Commerce and Arts and Mathematics students. Test will start around 10 AM and it will continue till 12 noon.

Interested students can get the registration form from GICTS office located in Laxmi bai Colony padav form is free and there will be no fees for the form.

With this College has started a new trend to encourage students who are willing to give 100% to their students but sometimes are held back due to financial reason.

ITM University organizes a seminar on Clean energy resources and its value

Gwalior. ITM University organizes seminar on the topic ‘Clean energy resources and its value’. On this occasion Chief Guest ITM University’s vice-chancellor gave vital information to students about the 3rd and 4th generation elements and how they are important in generating energy.

On the second day of National Science Day celebration ITM University organized a seminar on clean energy sources. Delhi University’s A.S. Hashmi said that in order to get rid off pollution we should concentrate on vehicles which runs on electricity rather then relying on vehicles which runs on petrol or disel, as they are the major cause of pollution. 

Jiwaji University’s Prof. A.K Shrivastav informed students about the nuclear energy and its important to save our nuclear resources. With   this two days celebration of National Science Day got over and prizes were given to students who came first in their respective competition.

 In painting competition Ujjwal Saxena came first, Pinky Thakur stood first in debate, in poster making it was jointly won by Pinky Thakur and Maya Dubey.

First time applicants give online exam for the post of land record clerk

Gwalior. All have seen KBC (Kaun Banega Carorepati) , a game show which has touched all most every Indian’s heart, on the pattern of the game show first time online examination was conducted for the post of Land Record Clerk. In this examination 4205 applicants gave online test sitting in front of computer screen.

Examination has three stages and every stage has a specific time limit as applicant needs to answer 100 questions in 90 minutes. This pattern not only tested the speed but also the smartness of the applicant. 

Land record department with the team of experts has selected 15000 questions which will appear on the applicant’s screen. Examination will be conducted for three consecutive days and every day different questions will be asked.

Two days seminar on advertising in ITM University


Gwalior: ITM University has organized two day seminar on advertising for school of management department. First day students were given information on the topic ‘Advertising industry in challenging environment’ by Falguni Vasawda from MUDRA instate of communication Ahemdabad.
As they say product doesn’t have any value if it is not advertise properly as advertising is the soul of any product and without soul product is useless. In order to make students aware of importance advertising ITM University organized two day seminar on the topic ‘Advertising industry in challenging environment’. In the seminar students will learn in and out of this industry and various techniques which they can use to promote any product, students were also informed about the working of an advertising agency and its role in the promotion of any product.
Dr. Falguni Vasawda also said that advertising is the field where one need to have creative thinking which means thinking out of the block then only a person can get success in this world.

Students interest decreases in MBA course

Gwalior. Every course has its downfall and now it feel like the time has come for MBA course as on 18th entrance exam is there for MBA and for 18000 seats only 9000 students have applied for it.

According to business examination board entrance examination of MBA is facing continuous decline of applicant. This news is a big shock for private colleges as the students will be less in number so most of the seats will remain vacant this time too.

According to private colleges Common Management Admission Test is organized all over India for students who wanted to do MBA but decline in the strength on applicants has struck as thunder on MP’s private colleges. According to the experts the main reason of this decline is poor placement. On the other hand students are not happy with infrastructure and education level of state colleges; they feel that they have better opportunity if they do their masters from other state.

Student runs away with the answer sheet in Gwalior

Gwalior. A student runs away with the answer sheet during 10th board’s mathematics examination on Thursday. An FIR is filed against the student.

MP board got struck with disaster once again when a 10th standard student Ram Lakhan toured the first page of the answer sheet and run away from the class room. 

After the examination got over teacher started checking the answer sheets of students and he got shock of his life when he saw the first page and few other page missing from one student’s answer sheet, before he can take any action student left the centre. Police has register FIR against this student. 

Medical College in Sonagir soon

Gwalior. Holy place of Jain community Sonagir is going to get its own medical college. At first city going to get dental college and later on all other medical courses will be added in college. Vivekudhay trust who will be running this college said that students will be provided best medical infrastructure with best faculties.

Sonagir going to get the gift of the year as vivekudhay trust is all set to open a medical college in the city. First Dental course going to start in college and the construction work of college is going to start in November and college will start in 2 years. 

Financially weak students will get best education.

Vivekudhay trustee said that students who belong to jain community and students who are not financially strong will get special concession in this dental and medical college. He also said that college main aim is to give country some of the best doctors, who can take country’s medical field to a higher level.
