All final year students have to appear for re-exam


Mumbai: All students enrolled for the final year bachelor of commerce (BCom) programme will have to appear for the re-exam in the management and human resource management paper (MHRM) paper on April 11.

Mumbai High court postponed hearing & ordered Mumbai university to file reply on the issue. On 27th March during exam at Bhiwandi's BNN college, instead of Business economics students were given MHRM question-paper. 

After the controversary Mumbai University clarified on 2nd April that all 85,000 candidates will have to take the MHRM re-exam on 11th April. Two students challenged the circular of university in High Court.

According to a university circular dated April 2, all 85,000 candidates will have to take the MHRM re-exam. Out of the 85,000 final year BCom students, 50,000 are fresh candidates enrolled in the new syllabus. The remaining are candidates appearing for the exam in the old syllabus or distance education candidates.
